Cathryn O’Neill Budd is a native Savannahian and grew up at The Landings. Cathryn’s grandparents, Dr. and Mrs. Warren Upon Clary, moved to The Landings in 1974 and her parents, Dr. and Mrs. Jack O’Neill, moved there 3 years later. Cathryn has seen all the wonderful changes and developments of The Landings. She graduated from Saint Vincent’s Academy and went to The University of Alabama where she majored in Design and Marketing. Cathryn worked in the Financial Industry as a Financial Advisor for over 5 years. She helped families to manage their risk allocation and to set goals to achieve what they wanted for their future. Cathryn obtained her real estate license in 2013 and she and her daughter, Caroline, moved back to Savannah after living in Atlanta for 8 years. She is excited to get back to her home town. Cathryn loves people and helping them reach their goals. Her entire focus has been to help others have what they wanted.
